My Approach as a Therapist:

My manner has been described as gentle and informed. I draw on several disciplines, including psychotherapy and relational therapy. I also assess your spiritual and physical health and its impact on your health. I focus on day-to-day life, examining how you move through your day, the way you relate to others, and the patterns that arise in these areas.

My approach is rooted in the belief that change happens when we are ready to process our pain and the patterns that no longer serve us. I work in partnership with you by supporting you in processing your feelings and working through your story. By creating a safe place, I believe you can explore and integrate your feelings. The goal is to create new ways of being and relating to others. Together, we’ll work towards creating more ease and overall well-being.
